Surface Design Show 2023

We want to extend a massive thank you to everyone who came to visit the Revelare stand at the Surface Design Show last week, held from 7th – 9th February at London’s Business Design Centre.

It was fantastic connecting with our existing clients and making new, exciting connections among the architectural, design, and specifying communities.

Tapping into Key Trends: Metal, Tactility, and Longevity

Our stand was a huge hit, perfectly aligning with the show’s 2023 theme, “Shaping Communities,” and the core trends of material innovation and sustainability.

Our bespoke liquid metal and specialist paint finishes were particularly relevant, as the show highlighted a significant resurgence in patinated metal finishes and the need for surfaces that stand the test of time. Designers were actively seeking materials that offer both aesthetic depth and environmental responsibility.

Our cub showcased the wide range of specialist finishes we have to offer—from highly reflective, polished metals to deep, patinated textures. Visitors were especially drawn to the tactility of our applications and their potential for creating immersive, high-end environments, directly addressing the industry’s focus on using surfaces to evoke emotional responses and enhance well-being within the built environment.

We were thrilled to share how Revelare’s finishes provide a functional and sustainable alternative to solid materials, offering longevity, versatility, and unmatched artistic freedom for projects aimed at defining the future of commercial and public spaces.
